      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive adoption of the oncology portfolio through new business development and lead generation
      - Build and maintain relationships with key oncology accounts and healthcare professionals
      - Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals
      - Deliver presentations on hereditary and precision oncology solutions to healthcare teams
      - Collaborate with internal teams to support product adoption and market intelligence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
      - Strong communication and presentation skills to engage healthcare professionals
      - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling clinical products in oncology therapeutic areas
      - Track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
      - Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
      - Familiarity with HIPAA laws and ethics surrounding patient privacy
      - Highly self-motivated and strategic thinker with outstanding organizational skills
