      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential for independent agents
      - Prospect and appoint new agencies while exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Conduct agency diagnostics and develop strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and challenges
      - Provide training and support to agents on Travelers' products and systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience required
      - Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
      - Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced relationship management and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Advanced ability to influence sales and motivate agents
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
      - Experience in delivering professional presentations
      - Knowledge of operational differences between small and large agencies
