What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
- Prospect for new business and appoint new agents while exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives
- Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
- Complete strategic marketing plans for territory to identify opportunities and challenges
- Provide training and support to agents on Travelers' products and computer systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience required
- Five years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to provide strategic sales and marketing insight
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations
- Advanced relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced ability to influence agents to represent and promote Travelers' products and services
- Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in driving results and managing agency operations effectively
