What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals in women's health and prenatal care
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales goals
- Deliver educational presentations on prenatal risk assessments and genomics to providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product adoption and integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related sector
- Proven experience selling clinical products to Women's Health call points
- Strong clinical/scientific acumen and exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience driving adoption in complex healthcare environments
- Track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics
- Highly organized with outstanding time-management skills
