      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, gather information, and make calls to departments to secure demos and close deals efficiently
      - Utilize knowledge of higher education institutions to connect with prospective schools and promote Upswing's services
      - Travel to approximately 4 conferences per year
      - Collaborate with Upswing team members to stay informed about the industry and provide the best information to prospects
      - Leverage technology to improve student outcomes
      - Communicate with the VP of Revenue to strategize growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the higher education space, with a strong track record of goal attainment
      - Knowledge of higher education budget cycles, grants, and organizational hierarchy
      - Proven successful prospecting track record and commitment to maintaining a robust pipeline
      - Hunter mentality with a focus on building client relationships
      - Ability to deliver a clear and concise elevator pitch
      - Comfortable with phone calls, leading demos, and meeting clients in person and virtually
      - Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
      - Excellent relationship building skills and customer-focused mindset
      - Experience with different CRMs and strong organizational skills
      - Familiarity with the "predictable revenue" sales model and ability to work well in a team-based setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in EdTech as a Sales Executive or similar role in a healthcare-related service
