What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through digital sales strategies and account penetration in assigned territory
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve sales goals
- Lead the onboarding of new customers and ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Manage territory effectively with regular customer interactions and input account activity in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient understanding of retail and alternate care industries and their challenges
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in retail and alternate care segments
- Strong presentation and executive presentation skills
- Familiarity with advanced sales technologies such as AI-driven CRM tools and predictive analytics software
- Proven history of successful consultative selling in diverse customer marketplaces
- Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
