What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop business plans that align with the assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of the employer's solutions to customers
- Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience selling into State and Local Government (SLED) in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
- Proven ability to effectively address unique customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and virtual teams
- Proficient in utilizing sales management and reporting tools, including Salesforce
- Ability to create territory and opportunity plans to drive sales success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong understanding of identity security solutions and competitive landscape
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with the employer's product offerings and value proposition
