What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed assigned annual sales quota through new business sales
- Initiate and build customer relationships to achieve order intake growth targets
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and products
- Manage a large pipeline of prospective business and accurately forecast sales activities in CRM (Net Suite)
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate complex sales agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling software to large organizations with a successful track record in closing new business
- Proven ability to network within the industry and engage C-level executives
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience in selling software to large organizations
- Knowledge of the Healthcare IT industry, specifically clinical diagnostics
- Familiarity with CRM (Net Suite)
- Experience with Integrated Delivery Systems
- Proven success in cold-calling and generating new business opportunities
