What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and develop new client relationships, primarily in fintech, with healthcare and higher education as secondary verticals
- Qualify opportunities rigorously and walk away from bad-fit deals
- Lead consultative sales conversations with executives such as CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing Directors
- Partner closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and realistic commitments
- Support expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience selling services or consultative solutions, rather than just products
- Ability to prospect and create demand independently, even without heavy marketing support
- Organized, reflective, and accountable approach to work
- Strong communication skills without reliance on buzzwords or canned frameworks
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making informed judgment calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sandler training or similar consultative sales training is a plus
- Experience in service-based sales environments
