What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales execution outcomes across new business, renewals, and expansion
- Personally close at least $750K in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) annually
- Oversee Deal Desk operations, including pricing strategy and contract approvals
- Manage revenue operations and ensure data integrity across sales tools and workflows
- Collaborate on sales enablement and training for Growth Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8–12+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales leadership, or revenue operations
- Proven track record of owning a personal quota while leading sales execution through others
- Strong background in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and complex deals
- Analytical and systems-oriented approach to revenue execution
- Alignment with the mission to advance health equity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or regulated markets
- Familiarity with nonprofit and hybrid revenue models
- Background in scaling or transformation-stage organizations
- Experience with CRM and revenue operations tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience working with Growth Managers or similar roles
