      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
      - Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the employer's growth objectives
      - Drive key enterprise-level deals and support team members in complex sales cycles
      - Collaborate with various departments to align messaging, campaigns, and solutions with customer needs
      - Deliver regular reporting and insights on regional sales performance and strategic opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales within EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries
      - Proven track record of individual and team quota attainment
      - Experience leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
      - Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and client expectations
      - Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem
      - Experience managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams
      - Familiarity with outbound prospecting and outreach tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or HubSpot
