What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants while optimizing diverse talent
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales targets for assigned territory
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns to enhance customer service
- Foster store connectivity and build relationships with store partners
- Train store partners and associates on product offerings and service capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment is advantageous
