What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, coach, manage, and retain a team of commissioned Sales Consultants
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales targets for the assigned territory
- Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer service standards
- Build relationships with store partners and train them on product offerings
- Monitor progress toward achieving business metrics and implement action plans for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing a commissioned sales force
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to think, plan, and act strategically
