What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Conduct field visits to coach and evaluate Account Managers on their performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies and market penetration plans
- Maintain direct contact with major customers to close opportunities and foster relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative requirements for the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales/marketing, or business preferred; minimum of a 2-year technical degree required
- At least 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales management or supervisory role
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a sales group effectively
- Familiarity with P&L management, including budgeting and sales reporting

- Experience selling to mining customers
- Strong strategic planning skills for long-term business development
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity within a sales team
