      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry
      - Strong leadership abilities focused on team development and strategic direction
      - Highly motivated and results-oriented with effective communication skills
      - Strong organizational and time management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus
      - Proven track record of building client relationships
