      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Aggressively prospect and document new sales opportunities for SME businesses
      - Manage relationships with C-Level executives and provide tailored travel management solutions
      - Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and articulate customized proposals
      - Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales and performance targets
      - Overcome objections and mobilize key decision-makers to take action on proposed solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven history of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS and/or travel consultative environment
      - Advanced proficiency in pipeline management and CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
      - Strong ability to network and establish business relationships, including cold contacts
      - Exceptional communication skills to document and convey the ROI of proposed solutions
      - Spanish speaking highly preferred due to business needs

      - Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different situations and recover from setbacks
