What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive regional sales growth by prospecting and developing new end-user business in the Urban Security market
- Manage and support channel reseller partners to enhance sales performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings, solution demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive demand generation and customer engagement
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and foster business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in physical security or public safety
- Proven success in new business development and territory sales
- Experience managing channel partners and driving indirect sales models
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast region (~50%-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience selling to courts, correctional facilities, healthcare, education, or venue safety markets
- Existing relationships with end users and channel partners in the Northeast region
- Familiarity with security products or comparable physical security solutions
- Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM
