What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants, ensuring ongoing training on sales processes and product offerings
- Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales team performance and achieve targets
- Address escalated customer inquiries and concerns to enhance customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with store partners to facilitate lead generation
- Monitor progress and implement action plans to improve overall business performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a sales or management role
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a sales team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED
