      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve assigned new business and sales quotas
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with agency end-users to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
      - Respond to competitive and market opportunities effectively and in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
      - Monitor administrative responsibilities and maintain documentation for market coverage and distributor agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent related experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Automotive, Fleet, and/or Law Enforcement sales required
      - Willingness to travel extensively and overnight
      - Strong customer issue troubleshooting capabilities using multiple channels
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ten (10) years of experience working in the Law Enforcement industry in lieu of sales experience
      - Working knowledge of CRM software and spreadsheet applications
      - Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
