      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for existing and new customers, ensuring effective communication regarding product development and customer service
      - Manage the customer quotation process, obtaining internal approvals before presenting to customers
      - Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Marketing to drive business development
      - Develop and maintain customer sales forecasts and projections in coordination with Planning and Operations
      - Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with assigned strategic customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Development & Management preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/account management in a related field
      - Previous technical sales experience
      - Strong leadership capabilities and manufacturing knowledge
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the powersports industry
      - Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic customer relationships
      - Ability to travel on short notice for customer meetings and industry events
