What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by selling the employer's Transload and Cross dock services tailored to client needs
- Manage a client book of business, identifying opportunities for service expansion and upselling
- Actively pursue new business leads and engage with decision-makers to generate new opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage a sales plan while working independently and effectively with the operations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of demonstrated sales success in 3PL, Intermodal transportation, Transload, and cross dock services
- Proven sales and communication skills, including consultative sales and contract negotiation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for tracking leads and client engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and departments to support organizational objectives
