What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive regional sales growth by prospecting and developing new end-user business in Urban Security markets
- Manage and support channel reseller partners to maximize revenue potential
- Conduct regular sales meetings, solution demonstrations, and presentations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive demand generation and customer engagement
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and foster business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in physical security, public safety, or related industries
- Proven success in new business development and managing channel partners
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the West Coast region (~50%-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience selling to courts, correctional facilities, healthcare, education, or venue safety markets
- Existing relationships with end users and channel partners in the Northeast region
- Familiarity with detection and screening technologies or comparable physical security solutions
- Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM
