What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients, from early-stage startups to enterprise-level partners
- Present and promote the employer's services, including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and end-to-end engineering solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Tech Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in software development, outsourcing, or staff augmentation)
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and key technical terminology
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals in global markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Arabic is a significant plus
- Familiarity with modern CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
