What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers and marketplace stakeholders
- Guide Account Executives (AEs) to penetrate new teams and use cases, driving market expansion
- Lead the positioning and selling of innovative product lines, particularly in AI
- Cultivate a culture of excellence to surpass revenue and productivity goals within the sales team
- Analyze sales data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading a high-performing SaaS or technology sales team
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and strategic objectives
- Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with selling products in emerging categories or developing brand stories
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling through cloud ecosystem partners
- Strong understanding of the technology sales landscape and emerging trends
- Ability to articulate value propositions in innovative product categories
- Previous experience coaching and developing sales teams for success
