      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies for keg valves and packaging division products
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key executives in keg manufacturing and distribution
      - Act as Key Account Manager for large independent breweries in the US and Canada
      - Provide support and training to the Inside Sales/Customer Service Team for high-quality customer service
      - Negotiate pricing and control expenses to meet budget guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management
      - University degree in business administration, brewing diploma, or equivalent experience in the brewing industry
      - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, including competitive analysis
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams
      - Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Supplier Relationship Management
      - Effective public speaking and presentation skills
      - Strong organizational and forecasting abilities
      - Proficiency in technical communication and understanding of engineering concepts
      - Ability to travel frequently and manage travel logistics effectively
