What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage billing processes, including generating invoices and addressing discrepancies
- Respond to sales team and customer inquiries with accurate and timely information
- Monitor shared inboxes and facilitate RMA processes in collaboration with Logistics
- Create and execute annual strategic plans for the Sales Operations department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or related roles
- Proficiency in SAP (SAP FIORI preferred), Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing sample required)
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
