What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align solutions with client needs
- Strengthen the employer's presence in key accounts through strategic engagement
- Collaborate with solution architects to identify client infrastructure challenges and deliver tailored strategies
- Build strong relationships with OEM executives and channel leaders
- Represent the employer at industry events to expand pipeline and increase brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12+ years in OEM or consulting services sales
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong networking skills with established industry relationships
- Experience managing OEM partnerships with attention to detail
- Executive presence and consultative selling expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading data center modernization and legacy infrastructure transformation sales
- Knowledge of modern data center technologies and sales principles
- Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
