- Working with current customers meet service needs, including monitoring of the effectiveness of the applied technological solutions, equipment maintenance, field laboratory analysis;
- Growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Work with Growth Team to create sales campaigns to sell new to businesses;
- Participating in meetings / sales calls for new accounts;
- Outlining, presenting and selling the value of products and services that can benefit customer needs;
- Participating in plant visits to gather samples, observe instruments and obtain information to provide finally the technical & commercial proposal;
- Analyzing/interpreting of results of applied company’s solutions on customer’s sites and reporting any corrective actions to the customer;
- Conducting required training of operating personnel to ensure their understanding of the parameters under which their equipment and technologies operates;
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences to promote company’s products;
- Interfacing with assigned external customers for all matters concerning new parts, inside sales and total support, ensuring that both customer and company objectives are met;
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements, purchase order amendments and alteration notification;
- Defining and communicating problems as perceived by the customer;
- Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product including future use and needs of the customer;
- Managing activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balanced interest of the company and customer;
- Providing liaison between marketing, quality, operations and engineering departments to resolve product field issues;
- Partnering with peers and management to enhance selling techniques and approaches;
- Following and complying with all company policies;
- Structured understanding with clear information of existing stock of each reagents/labware and expected depletion dates;
- Timely ordering, no surprises with lack of reagents/labware to measure key parameters and customers stock chemicals.
- Bachelor’s degree from and accredited institution in engineering or chemistry;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience or an experience in water treatment/wastewater or as a qualified mid-level specialist in the petrochemical, hydrocarbon refinery or food and beverage industries;
- Experienced with chemicals dosing equipment, automation and instrumentation of technological processes in production plants;
- Good communication skills;
- Good analytical abilities;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Fluent English and Russian. Spoken Turkish and Uzbek languages would be an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Discipline and high skills of self-organization;
- Category «B» driving license;
- Readiness for weekly business trips.
