What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by establishing strong relationships with district stakeholders
- Develop and execute a territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services to meet sales targets
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate territory data
- Conduct in-person district visits and participate in regional events to build influential relationships
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership based on market intelligence and district needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector, with a proven sales record
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with Pre-Sales and Implementation teams
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a remote sales position
- Familiarity with the educational landscape in mid or western Tennessee
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly and compellingly
- Experience in building and executing territory plans
