      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales forecasts within the assigned territory
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals
      - Develop local strategies and business plans to enhance sales performance
      - Utilize promotional resources and analytical tools to meet customer needs effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
      - Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
      - Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
      - Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product launches
      - Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
      - Knowledge of financial processes and regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
      - Marketing and commercial experience is a plus
