      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with AI and Data Teams to evaluate AI models used in various sales processes
      - Identify gaps and contribute insights to improve conversation quality and conversion potential

      - Define key metrics and success criteria to measure model performance
      - Support data annotation by providing context on sales stages to refine training datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
      - 7+ years of core sales experience (B2B Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership)
      - Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, pipeline management, and CRM logic
      - Ability to objectively analyze conversation transcripts and identify reasons for pitch success or failure
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with evolving sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler) and CRM technologies
      - Previous experience in sales training or enablement roles
