      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop Sales Solutions Specialists, ensuring execution of sales proposals and tracking sales growth
      - Conduct store surveys prior to new store openings, resets, or re-merchandising
      - Innovate and implement plan-o-grams and merchandising techniques
      - Drive customer engagement and education on business trends with single store owners
      - Oversee day-to-day completion of sales and merchandising reporting and activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or merchandising within grocery environments
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship management abilities
      - Proficient in Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint, and similar tools
      - Ability to prioritize workloads to maximize customer satisfaction
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hours, including weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in the food industry and/or code-sensitive product environments
      - Demonstrated ability to identify long-term issues and implement effective strategies
      - Competencies in financial acumen, collaboration, and managing complexity
