What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the leading expert on 3D printing technology and Phillips Additive solutions
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and present tailored AM solutions
- Negotiate contracts with strategic margin targets to drive business growth
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of opportunities and relationships within your territory
- Collaborate with Phillips 360 Teams to ensure exceptional customer success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Profound understanding of 3D printing technology and industrial AM machinery
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer issues and recommend precise AM solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems to manage accounts and sales cycles effectively
- Self-driven with a commitment to surpassing gross margin and unit goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role within the manufacturing technology sector
- Familiarity with Markforged technology and other cutting-edge AM technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building long-term customer relationships
