      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed all sales objectives and growth targets within the assigned geographic territory
      - Proactively uncover and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting methods
      - Leverage data-driven territory management to engage target end users and position solutions effectively
      - Develop and maintain an active pipeline in CRM to support financial goals and meet activity targets
      - Collaborate with Key Account Managers and channel partners to align strategies and deliver solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial sales and/or marketing
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant industrial sales experience
      - Effective communication and presentation skills to influence organizational structures
      - Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air/auto up to 70% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to adapt schedule to satisfy customer needs
      - Spanish language capability is a plus
