      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support regional directors and community executive directors in achieving occupancy and sales goals
      - Manage lead database, ensuring accurate data entry and analysis to develop sales strategies
      - Conduct quality tours for prospects and families, converting inquiries into appointments
      - Provide timely customer information regarding pricing and deposits for lease preparations
      - Coordinate with staff to ensure readiness for new resident move-ins and assist with related paperwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
      - Minimum of three years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
      - At least three years of sales experience in senior living
      - Ability to travel frequently
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
