      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
      - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting techniques
      - Manage territory data to strategically engage target end users and position solutions
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key Distributor/Converter stakeholders
      - Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to create customer-centric solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent industrial sales experience (5+ years)
      - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
      - Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
      - Must have a current, valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% of the time
      - Skilled in Microsoft Office products and Customer Relationship Management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Spanish language
      - Experience in industrial sales or adhesive solutions
