What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on the acquisition of new travel advisor affiliates by converting inbound leads
- Collaborate with sales, marketing communications, and leadership to grow the sales pipeline
- Manage data for prospective agents in CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
- Represent the organization at webinars, meetings, trade shows, and events
- Follow up with prospects to secure necessary documentation for onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of inbound call center, sales, or travel agency recruiting experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for recruiting events and shows
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and activity goals
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Web-based presentation skills and experience with online presentation execution
- Highly motivated and self-starter attitude
