      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, or email to create a welcoming first impression
      - Conduct structured intake calls to qualify leads, build trust, and guide them toward making a decision
      - Convert consultations into signed retainers using established scripts and processes
      - Diligently track and update the lead pipeline in the CRM to ensure no potential client is overlooked
      - Ensure all initial intake forms are completed accurately and confirm necessary details for seamless onboarding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
      - Previous legal experience is highly valued
      - High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
      - Outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of empathy
      - Familiarity with CRM and case management software is desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket services
      - Ability to support emotionally stressed individuals and guide them to decisive action
      - Strong organizational skills with a focus on data entry and follow-up systems
      - Coachable and consistent performance without the need for micromanagement
