      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate bids using material cost sheets and scopes of work
      - Maintain client programs for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings
      - Create custom quotes for models, residential construction, and special projects
      - Build strong working relationships with Account Managers and client contacts
      - Participate in customer-facing interactions and assist with training new team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum 1 year of applicable job experience preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
      - Proficiency in internet navigation, spreadsheets, and order processing systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support or a related field
      - Experience with SAP for material resource planning and production control
      - Residential construction industry experience preferred
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
