What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, organize, and facilitate training sessions for the assigned Commercial Unit to enhance competence, confidence, and commitment
- Create and foster a learning environment within the sales organization
- Partner with the Field Force Excellence & Training team on national training courses for new sales hires and coach mentors within the Commercial Unit
- Assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for the field sales force
- Lead recruitment efforts for Developmental Sales Representatives and summer interns within the Commercial Unit
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of agricultural sales and/or people management experience
- Experience in training, development, and facilitation
- Willingness to travel up to 60% based on seasonal needs
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Ability to build relationships with key customers
- Experience in organizational learning and assessing training needs
