      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and manage the sales training program to align with business objectives
      - Deliver training on sales techniques, customer engagement, and the auction process, both virtually and in person
      - Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve sales performance
      - Lead onboarding for new hires to ensure a quick ramp-up to productivity
      - Measure training effectiveness and refine content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development or sales training
      - At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in agriculture or the equipment industry
      - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating and delivering both in-person and online learning programs
      - Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness
