What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a framework for training goals and strategies to enhance Field Sales Operations
- Create training curricula, tools, and materials to support product launches and ongoing training needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and curricula
- Conduct training needs assessments and propose solutions to address identified gaps
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding logistics and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design
- Experience with various training models, including in-person and virtual formats
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical launch training frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in urology and/or oncology
- Prior sales management or leadership experience
- Innovative approach to sales training using the latest technology and adult learning methods
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs
