What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and potential owners via outbound and inbound calls to sell preview package sales/tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for scheduling tours at MVW properties
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview packages
- Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations
- Check availability of accommodations and suggest alternative dates if needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Background and drug screening may be required based on company policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with hospitality or vacation services industry
