What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate via telephone with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours and answer inquiries
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations
- Check availability of accommodations and suggest alternative options if needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Background and drug screening may be required per company policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality and vacation services
