What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of multi-tier loyalty programs, including earning and redemption rules
- Architect and develop solutions utilizing Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Build real-time integrations with various systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
- Customize loyalty features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Omni Studio
- Create dashboards using Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM to track loyalty KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience in designing scalable data models for transactional loyalty data
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as PII protection, GDPR, and CCPA
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Copado
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant or Platform Developer
- Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting design/code reviews
