What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions specifically for the consumer goods industry
- Oversee the entire project life cycle for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations
- Customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices
- Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, particularly with Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- At least 1 full project life cycle experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- Minimum 3 - 5 full cycle project experiences in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer, App Builder, PD1, and Consumer Goods Cloud certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams
- Proven knowledge of business processes and their KPIs related to the consumer goods sector
- Familiarity with integration technologies within Salesforce
