What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for the consumer goods industry
- Lead at least one full project life cycle in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- Design and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce and Force.com
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Overall 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, specifically in Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud with at least one project life cycle
- At least 3-5 full cycle project experiences in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, App Builder, PD1, and Consumer Goods Cloud certification are mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies
- Proven knowledge of business processes and KPIs relevant to the consumer goods industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
