      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Salon Piano Series (SPS) seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Reception preparation manager to support the remaining concerts of our 2025–2026 season. The reception manager assists Salon Piano Series (SPS) with the preparation, execution, and clean-up of the SPS reception, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment for guests and performers. Food preparation experience is a must.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities

      • Prepare tables and arrange table settings as directed by SPS

      • Assemble and prepare platters of purchased food items, including meats, cheeses, and fruits

      • Pour wine and assist with beverage service as directed by SPS

      • Complete thorough clean-up of the event venue following the event

      • Perform other related tasks as assigned by SPS

      Working Conditions

      • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting

      • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with SPS staff


      Location: 6522 Seybold Rd, Madison, WI 53719

      Compensation

      $25/hr
