Prepare tables and arrange table settings as directed by SPS

Assemble and prepare platters of purchased food items, including meats, cheeses, and fruits

Pour wine and assist with beverage service as directed by SPS

Complete thorough clean-up of the event venue following the event

Perform other related tasks as assigned by SPS

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with SPS staff

1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
Salon Piano Series (SPS) seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Reception preparation manager to support the remaining concerts of our 2025–2026 season. The reception manager assists Salon Piano Series (SPS) with the preparation, execution, and clean-up of the SPS reception, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment for guests and performers. Food preparation experience is a must.
