      Job Overview

      We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SDR Manager to lead and scale our Sales Development team. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline generation, coaching SDRs to exceed performance goals, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-performing SDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently achieve qualified pipeline and meeting targets.
      • Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and professional growth across the team.
      • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.
      • Implement best practices for outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.
      • Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
      • Own SDR onboarding, training, and career progression programs.
      • Contribute to territory planning, lead routing, and funnel management to maximize efficiency.
      • Drive innovation in outbound strategies to generate high-quality opportunities.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, with at least 2 years managing an SDR/BDR team.
      • Proven success in building pipeline and meeting revenue contribution goals in a B2B SaaS company.
      • Strong understanding of SDR processes, metrics, and modern sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
      • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire performance.
      • Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing team productivity and conversion rates.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing.
