      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide superior customer service by responding to inbound calls and addressing questions or concerns related to reservations
      - Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits and upselling optional travel add-ons
      - Proactively assist customers with reservation problems, coordinating with other departments for timely resolution
      - Communicate effectively with customers and team members through both oral and written communication
      - Adhere to department quality assurance guidelines and utilize feedback to enhance performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while working from home
      - Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservations systems
      - Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
      - Experience working in a high-volume call center
